We are looking for a Recruiting Enablement & Support Team Manager to lead our team in building a Recruiting team that supports Recruiting teams in Germany. As a Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and improving processes, managing a team, and ensuring quality and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (C1 level)
- Ambition to upskill German language skills
- 4+ years of experience in Hire-to-Retire Shared Services environment
- Experience in leading a team or within a project
- Master's degree in business administration, psychology or similar
- Distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability, intrapreneurship, and high service quality orientation
- Positive approach and ability to act as a role model in a speak-up culture
- Resilience and ability to capture complex issues in a solution-oriented working style
