We are looking for a Recruiting Enablement & Support Team Manager to lead our team in building a Recruiting team that supports Recruiting teams in Germany. As a Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and improving processes, managing a team, and ensuring quality and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (C1 level)
  • Ambition to upskill German language skills
  • 4+ years of experience in Hire-to-Retire Shared Services environment
  • Experience in leading a team or within a project
  • Master's degree in business administration, psychology or similar
  • Distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability, intrapreneurship, and high service quality orientation
  • Positive approach and ability to act as a role model in a speak-up culture
  • Resilience and ability to capture complex issues in a solution-oriented working style
