Inchcape is seeking a Regional Service Management Office (RSMO) Lead to establish and run a lightweight Regional Service Management Office (RSMO) to support ITSM practices, ensure data-driven decision making, and reduce operational risk in a fast-growing business. This role focuses on governance, analytics, service change, DRP, tooling, and standards. The RSMO will support local implementation and improve data quality.
