Regional Workplace Manager (US)

Saronic Technologies is seeking a Regional Workplace Manager for its U.S. operations. This role will oversee workplace and facilities operations across multiple U.S. sites, ensuring operational excellence, employee safety, and scalable workplace services. The manager will collaborate with HR, IT, Security, EHS, Finance, and Construction to deliver exceptional employee experiences and consistent service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, facilities management, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in workplace, facilities, or operations management
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional workplace initiatives
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel across U.S. sites
