Release and Deployment Practice Lead

The Game Changers at Australian Payments Plus (AP+) are seeking a Release and Deployment Practice Lead to manage the end-to-end ITIL-aligned Release Management, Deployment Management, and Service Validation and Testing practices. This role focuses on ensuring seamless onboarding, operational integration, and service evolution through stakeholder management, performance metrics, and governance forums. AP+ is a new payment technology provider dedicated to innovation and helping Australian businesses thrive.

Requirements

• Lead and govern ITIL Release and Deployment Management practice.
• Drive enhancements within ServiceNow and other release management tools.
• Collaborate with other Practice Leads to support ITSM tool delivery.
• Develop and maintain a practice roadmap.
• Build relationships across IT and business.
• Oversee Release Management and SDLC.
• Conduct system analysis and recommend future-state design.
• Apply Agile methodologies.
• Chair governance forums and manage compliance.
• Analyse current-state systems.
