Via Logic LLC is seeking a Remote ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to support the development and integration of locally developed applications and provide guidance to citizen developers. The role involves managing ServiceNow components in the CI/CD pipeline, implementing customizations, and collaborating with ServiceNow architects. This is a mid-level position requiring strong client-facing skills and an experience in ServiceNow ITSM, integrations, and scoped applications.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- 3-6 years overall ServiceNow platform development and administration experience
- At least one current Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations, ITSM modules, and scoped application development
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, update set management, and platform administration
- Proficient in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and best practices in ServiceNow
- Strong team player with excellent client-facing communication skills
