Request Analyst - 6 Month FTC

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Analyst (Contracted) to join our Handforth (Cheshire) Office team. The role involves managing and triaging incoming IT service requests, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to continuous improvement of our IT support processes. This position requires managing requests within ITSM tools like ServiceNow and Jira, and working with both internal and external stakeholders.
