We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow QA Tester to join our team and ensure the quality and functionality of ServiceNow applications.
Requirements
- Experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITAM, VR, SIR, etc.).
- Familiarity with test automation tools (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, SOAP, REST).
- Understanding of scripting languages (JavaScript, Python) for automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment
- ServiceNow CSA or CAD
- Knowledge of ITIL processes.
