Requirements Management Tool Support (4-8 Years)

We are seeking a Requirements Management Tool Support professional to provide support and manage specialized tools, conduct training sessions, and perform regular updates and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience with CodeBeamer administration and IT skills such as Java, Apache Tomcat, and MySQL.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of CodeBeamer administration experience
• Windchill RV&S and Enterprise Architect administration experience is a plus
• IT skills such as Java, Apache Tomcat, MySQL, PostgreSQL and VMware
• ITIL Certification is a plus
• ServiceNow IT Service Management process experience
• Operating System experience: Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2022, Linux, preferred Ubuntu
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire
• Proven effectiveness to bring groups of people together to achieve a goal
• Quick learner who easily adapts to ambiguous situations
• Strong relationship building skills
• MS Office skills
