We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative ITSM Change and Release Management Lead to join our IT Service Management (ITSM) team.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of ITIL 4 practices
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Change Management and DevOps Change Automation
- Experience implementing or overseeing CI/CD change automation using GitHub Actions or similar tools
- Proven track record establishing and maintaining change governance frameworks or audit compliance
- Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions
