ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager of Retail Go to Market (GTM) EMEA to develop and nurture strategic retail solutions for the company's 85% of the Fortune 500 customers. The role focuses on aligning ServiceNow's AI-enhanced technology with EMEA retail clients, developing and executing industry-specific strategies, and collaborating with the company’s customer-centric sales teams. This position is key for driving revenue growth and improving the customer experience.
Requirements
- 10+ years of sales & sales management experience in the disputes and payments space.
- Strong knowledge of key processes within the retail sector (e.g., guest experience, store operations, customer service, supply chain, vendor management).
- Knowledge of ServiceNow's internal rhythm and a highly experienced external perspective.
- Exceptional written, presentation and delivery skills.
- Resourceful and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize independently.
- Business application software product marketing, sales or delivery experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, technology or related field.
