This role involves onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining the loyalty program for Caltex, Extramile Rewards, and Chevron, alongside responsibilities such as transaction support, data accuracy validation, and customer communication. Requirements

  • Documenting inquiries/issues via Salesforce or ServiceNow systems
  • Monitoring, supporting, and escalating issues related to site participation, enablement, and redemption
  • Maintaining transactional data, including account balances, loyalty program codes and data accuracy
  • Responsible for site level and field loyalty support for all class of trade
  • Tracking loyalty program defects (POS functionality)

Requirements Summary
