Chevron is seeking a Retail Loyalty Support Specialist to deliver Level 2 support for Albertson, Extramile Rewards, and Chevron Proprietary Loyalty Program. This role involves onboarding/offboarding, data maintenance, and troubleshooting loyalty network issues. The position supports various trade programs and operates in facilities across the United States.

Requirements

  • Document inquiries/issues using Salesforce or ServiceNow systems.
  • Monitor and resolve issues related to site participation, transaction discrepancies, POS configuration, and loyalty network outages.
  • Maintain internal loyalty master data, site enablement/removal, and data accuracy validation on program level.
  • Track loyalty program defects and troubleshoot issues.
  • Provide site level and field loyalty support for all class of trade.
