This position supports Production Operations Teams, providing both incident handling and proactive monitoring. The analyst will drive change to improve fault tolerance within tools and systems, identify emerging trends through data analysis, and contribute to operational improvements. Strong analytical and communication skills are key.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience providing production support for internal or partner teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with various audiences.
  • Experience with SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is preferred.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and an understanding of ITIL standards are required.
