RiseUp with ServiceNow Employer Partnership Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Manager, Employer Partnerships, to lead our efforts in connecting non-traditional talent with employer partners.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• 5+ years in business development, talent acquisition, or client relationship management, with a proven ability to develop and nurture high-level employer partnerships.
• Industry and Product Expertise: A strong understanding of the talent needs across organizations implementing ServiceNow, and the ability to translate those needs into actionable placement opportunities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to influence and build trust with senior leaders and executives.
• A track record of managing relationships with senior-level stakeholders, ensuring a seamless experience for employers and candidates alike.
• Ability to analyze and interpret placement data to improve strategies and achieve measurable results.
• Flexible and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
