Risk Enablement- Sr. Consultant

Northern Trust is a globally recognized financial institution seeking a Risk Enablement Senior Consultant to engage with Technology teams, ERM Leadership, and the Risk ELT to ensure efficient risk management. The role involves governance, data, and technology establishment, and fostering a culture of proactive risk treatment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct risk management framework experience at a large-scale financial services organization
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in designing, training, and monitoring risk management
• Proven capability in high-quality execution and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar Governance Risk and Compliance tool
• Experience overseeing financial and/or non-financial risks
