Requirements
- Graduate of Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any IT-related position
- Necessary certification for the service or product being handled
- Ability to translate requirements into technical specifications/design
- Ability to conduct design reviews with both user and technical personnel
- Highly developed presentation and report generation skills
- Knowledgeable in AWS, Cloud, Network and Security, CRM - ServiceNow, Zoho, or Zendesk
- At least 5 years of related work experience in technical consultant or presales
