As an HP Technician, you will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HP and Canon devices, lead new installations, and provide excellent customer service. This role is part of a team that delivers managed print services and document lifecycle solutions across the United States.
Requirements
- Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing HP and Canon devices
- Certified in HP A3 and Canon (preferred)
- Knowledge and experience with IT ticketing systems, ServiceNow and EA preferred
