Senior program Manager (healthcare) - R01551071

Brillio is seeking a results-driven Senior Program Manager to lead enterprise-level initiatives within complex, cross-functional environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, particularly with executive-level (CX-1) leadership, and will demonstrate deep expertise in Agile methodologies, ServiceNow program governance, and revenue management processes. Prior experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program and project management within technology-driven organizations
• Proven experience interfacing with C-level executives, ideally within a healthcare context
• Expertise in ServiceNow for program governance, demand management, and reporting
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification with hands-on experience managing Agile teams
• Strong background in revenue cycle management and related financial processes
