Sales Operations Analyst

FocusKPI is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst for a high-tech SaaS client. The role involves supporting sales processes and systems, driving efficiency, and providing data-driven insights. This is a 12-month contract position offering remote work within the US.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related role, preferably within a SaaS environment
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS tools like Gong, ServiceNow etc
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet time-sensitive deadlines
• Demonstrated proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
