Sales Operations Manager

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to join our team in our San Diego office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, excellent communication skills, and a passion for optimizing processes.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in a B2B environment
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong understanding of Quoting processes and tools
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with data analysis and performance metrics
