Sales Operations Strategy and Planning Manager

ServiceNow is seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Strategy and Planning Manager to support their Hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, Google) Sales Organization. This individual contributor role will focus on operational readiness, GTM program expansions, and ensure successful launches of sales initiatives within the organization. The role requires collaboration across functional teams and a deep understanding of sales operations processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in a software Sales GTM organization
• Deep understanding of sales GTM motions and ecosystems
• Proven experience in sales planning function
• Proven program management expertise
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, leadership and influencing skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional presentation skills
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Expert Microsoft suite skills
