Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Renewals, Sales or Customer Success leadership – preferably in a SaaS environment
- 3+ years success leading and scaling high-performing teams focused on customer retention and revenue growth
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance customer needs and business goals
- A collaborative mindset and ability to partner effectively across Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and Operations
- Demonstrated success in working with C-level executives and complex enterprise customers
