The Salesforce Business Analyst III will partner with the IS Project Management team to identify, plan, implement, test, and maintain the Salesforce.com CRM solution. This role involves working on complex Salesforce.com solutions and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and a passion for software development.
Requirements
- BS degree in computer science, IS, IT or related field or at 5 years of relevant experience working in Salesforce.com
- In lieu of degree, a minimum of 9 years’ experience of relevant experience working in Salesforce.com
- Experience in customer services with a high record of customer satisfaction
- Experience in SDLC and quality assurance processes
- Experience working with SAP, ServiceNow, Tableau
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities understanding best practices in software development
- Attention to detail, with emphasis on accuracy and completeness
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and flow chart software
