Requirements
- 3 years of experience in L1/L2 Salesforce production support or administration
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration
- Experience with Apex debugging, SOQL queries, and Lightning components troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Salesforce security model, data management, and sharing settings
- Experience with Salesforce api integrations debugging
- Experience working with JIRA, ServiceNow, or other ticketing systems
- Basic understanding of Salesforce development tools
- Knowledge of Change Management and Deployment tools
