Requirements
- Conduct timely and effective new hire and refresher training sessions for all Salesforce and Power BI Sales Reporting users
- Create and update training materials such as videos, presentations, and interactive e-learning modules
- Ensure all training content is organized, current, and accessible in a centrally managed repository
- Regularly review Salesforce Adoption Dashboards to pinpoint areas requiring additional training
- Review ServiceNow tickets to identify recurring issues stemming from process gaps and proactively address them through targeted training
- Act as the primary resource for global teams seeking guidance or clarification on Salesforce and Power BI usage
- Design and implement tailored training programs for specific roles within RX that utilize Salesforce
- Compile and present monthly reports detailing training activities and engagement metrics across BUs
