The Salesforce Trainer plays a pivotal role in driving global Salesforce adoption and proficiency across RX teams, empowering employees to maximize the platform’s capabilities and enhance productivity, data accuracy, and business performance.

Requirements

  • Conduct timely and effective new hire and refresher training sessions for all Salesforce and Power BI Sales Reporting users
  • Create and update training materials such as videos, presentations, and interactive e-learning modules
  • Ensure all training content is organized, current, and accessible in a centrally managed repository
  • Regularly review Salesforce Adoption Dashboards to pinpoint areas requiring additional training
  • Review ServiceNow tickets to identify recurring issues stemming from process gaps and proactively address them through targeted training
  • Act as the primary resource for global teams seeking guidance or clarification on Salesforce and Power BI usage
  • Design and implement tailored training programs for specific roles within RX that utilize Salesforce
  • Compile and present monthly reports detailing training activities and engagement metrics across BUs

Requirements Summary

2-3 years of experience in training, enablement, or a related field, preferably within a sales or CRM environment
