SAM Technical - Consultant

The role involves leading the implementation and customization of ServiceNow SAM Pro, aligning it with business objectives and requirements. This includes configuring ServiceNow Discovery, setting up integrations, managing SaaS, and optimizing cloud spend. ServiceNow administrative tasks, CMDB, and software asset management are also required.

Requirements

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and customization of ServiceNow SAM Pro.
• Spearhead the configuration of ServiceNow Discovery for various publishers.
• Setup integrations for SCCM, Jamf, ILMT, and SAP.
• Configure SaaS integrations for major publishers like Microsoft 365, Adobe, Salesforce.
• Set up cloud cost management for platforms like Azure and Google.
• Perform ServiceNow administrative tasks (plugin enablement, update set management, service catalog configurations).
