SAM Technical - Consultant

This role involves leading the end-to-end implementation and customization of ServiceNow SAM Pro, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements. It also focuses on configuring ServiceNow Discovery and integrations for various publishers, managing cloud costs, and setting up data collection pipelines.

Requirements

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and customization of ServiceNow SAM Pro
• Configure ServiceNow Discovery for various publishers (Oracle GLAS Discovery, VMware, etc.)
• Setup integrations for SCCM, Jamf, ILMT, and SAP
• Configure SaaS integrations for Microsoft, Adobe, Salesforce, etc.
• Setup cloud cost management for Azure and Google
• Perform administrative tasks: plugin enablement, update set management, and service catalog configuration
• Apply CMDB and CSDM knowledge for configuration management
• Leverage software asset management for entitlement loads, normalization, and reconciliation
• Demonstrate proficiency in software license management
