We are looking for an SAP Analyst/ Consultant - Service Desk (AMS) to join our team. As a member of the SAP Support Service Desk Team, you will help ensure the smooth operation of various support activities, handle technical support requests, and oversee the management of incidents and service requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 1–5 years of experience in IT support or a service desk environment
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong customer orientation and a service-focused mindset
- Independent and structured way of working
- Reliable, collaborative, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Experience in IT user support is an advantage
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Freshdesk, SAP Solution Manager) is a plus
- ITIL Foundation certification is a plus
- Understanding of SAP is a plus
