Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or IT.
- Proven track record of successful project/product implementation with minimal 6 years of software development experience
- Experienced working with ServiceNow platform in a development and administrative role.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change), ITOM, SPM, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
- Proficience in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and ServiceNow APIs.
