SAP Basis Delivery Lead with German

DXC Technology is seeking a SAP Basis Delivery Lead/Consultant with German language skills. The successful candidate will provide technical support and leadership in a complex mission-critical SAP environment, with responsibilities including project management, technical consulting, and customer support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related SAP Basis administration experience with SAP products (SAP ECC/ERP, etc.)
• Administration knowledge of DBMS, such as HANA, DB2, Oracle, Sybase ASE, MaxDB, MSSQL
• Experience with SAP and DB technical daily operations, SAP and DB life-cycle management
• Experience with SAP implementation / migration projects from SAP Basis perspective
• Experience in managing SAP / DB environment changes and upgrades
• Experience in Performance Tuning and Monitoring
• Advanced OS administration skills (Linux, Unix, Windows)
• Basic understanding of computer network concepts (WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, DNS...)
• Fluent English (min. B2) spoken and written
• Fluent German (min. B2) spoken and written
• Ability to professionally handle client requests, both on time and thoroughly
• Proactiveness: identify opportunities for improvements that positively impact operations and customer experience
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently and/or in the team, ability to lead the others
• Ability to step into running projects and resolve issues
• Ability to communicate complex situations to technical as well as non-technical clients
