SAP Basis Team Member Systems Analyst

We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Team Member Systems Analyst to join our team supporting the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) modernization program. The role involves setting up, maintaining, and supporting the technical landscape for migration to S/4HANA, with a focus on environment setup, system performance, and cloud architecture. This is a critical role for enabling CDC modernization.

Requirements

• Set up the different environments and manage the migration of development and configuration across the SAP systems landscape.
• Assist in determining database sizing, storage requirements, and planning for future system growth.
• Support compliance by analyzing and addressing technical and system security findings across SAP environments.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and database teams for performance tuning, patch deployment, and system maintenance.
• Monitor and support technical processes to ensure system stability and operational efficiency.
• Analyze and review ServiceNow incident and service request tickets related to SAP Basis and drive them to resolution.
• Assist with production deployments and ensure minimal disruptions.
• Contribute to technical solution designs and provide analytical input to system architecture discussions.
• Maintain technical documentation for the SAP landscape, environment setup, and migration activities.
