The SAP Presales Applications Management Services (AMS) role supports SAP business development activities and reports directly to the SAP AMS Leader. The candidate will act as a key contributor in crafting SAP AMS solutions, responding to RFPs, and engaging with prospective clients through presentations and orals.
Requirements
- Support presales efforts for SAP AMS opportunities by developing solution components, preparing proposals, and participating in client orals and presentations.
- Collaborate with the SAP leadership, sales, and delivery teams to design AMS solutions that meet client requirements and align with broader enterprise objectives.
- Respond to RFPs and RFIs by assembling relevant SAP AMS materials, ensuring all documentation is clear, accurate, and compelling.
- Present SAP AMS solution concepts to senior IT and business leaders, articulating business value and technical differentiators.
- Assist in discovery sessions, solution workshops, and requirements gathering activities to inform solution design and proposal content.
- Conduct research and analysis on client environments and market trends to enhance AMS solution positioning.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution integrity and delivery readiness.
- Support transition and onboarding activities for new AMS engagements as needed.
- Incorporate ITSM principles into AMS solution design, including incident, change, and release management frameworks.
- Ensure proposed AMS models support SLA adherence, service continuity, and operational excellence.
- Advise on governance structures and escalation protocols for AMS delivery.
