- Strong Expertise in SAP BusinessObjects 4.3 (Webi, Analysis for Office)
- Strong Expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- Working Knowledge of ServiceNow (incident management)
- Working Knowledge of SAP ChaRM (Change Request Management)
- Working Knowledge of eHANA (SQL, XSA)
- Manage and resolve incidents related to BOBJ and SAP Analytics Cloud
