This role involves leading discovery workshops, demonstrating solutions, and building long-term ServiceNow roadmaps with customers, and collaborating with internal and external teams. Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in a pre-sales solution consulting, sales consultant, technical sales, sales engineer, or solution engineer role
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions
- Passion for technology and translating technology into business impact for customers
- Commercial can-do attitude with focus on both customer retention and new business
- Strong relationship skills to build trusted relationships
- Experience in mastering the art of Storytelling
- Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services
- A desire to Win As A Team
- 3+ years' experience in Public sector (is a plus)
