Scrum Master

Euroclear is seeking a motivated Scrum Master to join the Astra Tribe within the GBS division. This role focuses on integrating a dynamic team within an Agile environment, facilitating the delivery of key applications. The Scrum Master will coach squads on Scrum practices, participate in Agile ceremonies, and contribute to the Scrum Master Community of Practice.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, product management, and empirical delivery
• Experience with hybrid Agile-Waterfall environments and tools like Azure DevOps and ServiceNow
• Excellent facilitation, servant leadership, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
• Ability to operate in a changing environment and lead squads across Belgium, Poland, and India
