Scrum Master

SDI Presence LLC is seeking a Scrum Master to work on Product Increment Builds within the IBM Maximo program (Matrix Program). The Scrum Master will lead a Scrum team, ensuring adherence to Agile/Scrum principles, and contribute to team development. This role reports to the GAS Agile Release Train (ART) Manager and requires experience in coaching, mentoring, and leading teams. The ideal candidate will be a change agent and have experience with Lean principles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience
• Certified Scrum Master certification preferred
• Experience in coaching and leading a new scrum team through team development stages
• Strong understanding of the Scrum principles
• Comfortable being a change agent
• Experience with Lean Agile principles
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
