We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Scrum Master to join the Collateral Management Tribe, facilitating the delivery of key applications towards our clients.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven Scrum Master or Agile coaching experience
- Good knowledge of agile delivery methods as well as the waterfall approach
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
- Ability to operate in a changing environment
- Knowledge of tools like Azure DevOps and ServiceNow is a plus
