Scrum Master

Peraton is looking to hire a Scrum Master for a remote role. The Scrum Master will lead assigned Scrum Team in prioritizing features, user stories, and identifying team velocity while working with Product Owners to identify priorities, participate in Sprint Reviews, Backlog Refinement, and lead team daily stand-up meetings.

Requirements

• 12 years with a BS/BA, 10 years with MS/MA or 7 years with a Ph.D.
• Active Secret clearance
• Experience with software development (such as Java or Pega) and full-stack development
• Knowledge of IT standards, methodologies, system development life cycle and project management frameworks
• Experience in AWS Web Server, cloud architecture and CI/CD experience preferred
• Familiarity with ticketing system, such as ServiceNow
• Utility Tools knowledge (JIRA/Confluence/GitLab/Artifactory)
• MSOffice Suite / Microsoft 365 proficiency required
• Agile SAFe 4.5/5.0 Certification or equivalent is strongly recommended
