We are seeking a Scrum Master to support a ServiceNow-oriented solution, guiding Agile teams in delivering high-quality projects and participating in technical challenges that drive innovation.
Requirements
- Facilitate SAFe Agile ceremonies
- Coach and guide Agile teams on SAFe practices and principles
- Participate in technical challenges
- Work closely with Product Owners and Release Train Engineers
- Identify and remove impediments
- Promote an Agile mindset
- Track and report on key SAFe metrics
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams
- Support the team in maintaining focus on business value, outcomes, and timely delivery of increments
- Act as a change agent within the organization

Requirements Summary
