Scrum Master

Peraton is looking to hire a Scrum Master for a remote role. The position will support a customer that develops defense system capabilities using SAFe processes. The Scrum Master will lead a team in prioritizing features, user stories, and identifying team velocity while working with Product Owners to identify priorities.

Requirements

• Education: 12 years with a BS/BA, 10 years with MS/MA or 7 years with a Ph.D.
• Active Secret clearance
• Experience with software development (such as Java or Pega) and full-stack development
• Knowledge of IT standards, methodologies, system development life cycle and project management frameworks
• Experience in AWS Web Server, cloud architecture and CI/CD experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ticketing system, such as ServiceNow
• Utility Tools knowledge (JIRA/Confluence/GitLab/Artifactory)
• MSOffice Suite / Microsoft 365 proficiency required
• Strong leadership skills and ability to foster collaborative relationships with customers, teaming partners and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to resolve customer issues very quickly and accurately.

Benefits

• Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000
