We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Scrum Master I to support our Visualization as a Service (VaaS) and Data as a Service (DaaS) teams for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA).
Requirements
- Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and agile project management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Azure DevOps)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clear and organized documentation
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
- Understanding of data visualization concepts and/or data pipelines is a plus
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) is desirable but not required
