We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Scrum Master I to support our Visualization as a Service (VaaS) and Data as a Service (DaaS) teams for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). In this role, you will help facilitate agile ceremonies, support team collaboration, and play a key role in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements to ensure successful product delivery.
Requirements
- Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and agile project management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Azure DevOps)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clear and organized documentation
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
