As a Technology Analyst, you’ll be based in our Service Delivery Center, which is made up of high-performing US-based colleagues who work closely with our experienced advisory professionals. We deliver Technology project-based work and managed services to our clients. Here, you’ll work as part of a project team and will be responsible for the design, build/configuration, testing, analysis, delivery and support of Technology solutions.
Requirements
- Review and resolve escalated tickets in ServiceNow (SNOW)
- Monitor and analyze logs in Datadog to identify performance issues and troubleshoot incidents
- Utilize Bugsnag to track and resolve application errors, ensuring a smooth user experience
- Collaborate with project build teams to recommend and implement code fixes for complex problems
- Use OpsGenie to manage incident responses and ensure that alerts are addressed promptly
- Communicate effectively with team members via Slack to facilitate quick resolution of issues and share updates
- Create root cause analyses and maintain comprehensive documentation in Confluence for knowledge sharing and future reference
- Participate in an on-call rotation to address high-severity issues, providing critical support as needed
- Jira – Ability to create tickets for socialization with Technical Product Owners and Development Teams
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time
