This Security Automation Engineer role focuses on designing and scaling process automation within ServiceNow. The position involves building Service Catalog items, automating fulfillment, integrating with various systems, and improving user experience. Requirements
- 4+ years building in ServiceNow with a focus on Service Catalog and automation
- Experience in Catalog Item creation with approvals and automated fulfillment
- Hands-on REST/SOAP integrations, JSON, OAuth 2.0, and secure credential handling
- Strong understanding of ITSM and ServiceNow SDLC
- Experience with MID Server and external scripting
- Proficiency with ATF, HealthScan, and coding practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Desirable: ServiceNow certifications
