Security Incident Handling & Vulnerability Management ServiceNow

Arηs Group is seeking a Security Incident Handling & Vulnerability Management Specialist to assess existing ServiceNow Security Operations implementation and configure the SIR and VR modules. The role involves developing security incident handling and vulnerability response processes, integrating external data sources, and monitoring performance metrics. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience and practical ServiceNow experience.

Requirements

• Assess the existing ServiceNow SecOps implementation.
• Configure and optimize ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) modules.
• Develop and formalize security incident handling and vulnerability response processes.
• Integrate external data sources such as vulnerability scanners and threat intelligence platforms.
• Design and implement performance metrics, dashboards, and reports.
• Provide documentation and governance recommendations.
• Must have ServiceNow System Administrator and/or ServiceNow Security Operations Certified Implementation Specialist certification.
