Security Operations Specialist

Sobi is seeking a Security Operations Specialist to drive vulnerability management and ensure the secure operation of their digital assets. This role involves collaborating with IT, business, and SOC teams to identify, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities, as well as testing and improving the SOC's effectiveness. The position is hybrid, based in Stockholm, Sweden, reporting to the Head of Cyber Security & Network.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in security operations, vulnerability management (preferably with Microsoft XDR/SIEM platforms).
• Familiarity with SOC processes, incident response, and security monitoring.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• C1 (advanced) level of Swedish & English required.
