Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional for Service Desk. The Security Service Desk Officer must have technical proficiency with computers and office applications. Responsible for verifying access and control, badge credentialing and issuance and completing security audits, inspections as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Security Access/Control, Service Desk Officer or similar role
- Experience utilizing applications such as ServiceNow (SNOW), Lenel security systems or similar
- Strong knowledge of Outlook email management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
