Requirements

• Travel to commercial client sites to service, identify, repair, troubleshoot, and detect access control equipment and IP based video security systems.
• Execute, document and track service-related issues through ServiceNow.
• Provide phone and on-line remote diagnostic support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues efficiently.
• Interpret electrical schematics and CAD drawings.
