This Senior ServiceNow Consultant role involves developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, integrating various solutions using REST APIs, and supporting other developers. Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow tool
- Ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
- Excellent verbal/written communication
- Analytical and presentation skills
- Hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience
- Knowledge in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, etc.)
- ServiceNow upgrade hands-on
- Knowledge in ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM process
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience
- Creation of technical design document
- Writing Unit test cases
