A Senior ServiceNow Consultant is needed to develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, assisting the IT department and beyond. The role involves developing ITSM modules (GRC, SECOPS, etc.), implementing ServiceNow, creating technical designs, and supporting developers. Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills are required.
Requirements
- Ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow tool
- Experience in REST API, webservice, JSON, ServiceNow Scripting
- Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines
- Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
