Seeking a Senior ServiceNow GDN Consultant with 3+ years of experience in implementing ServiceNow modules, proficient in REST API, web technologies, and ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM processes. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and collaboration skills, and be able to work independently and with a team.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow tool
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience with minimum 3 full cycle implementation of any ServiceNow module
- Knowledge in Web Technologies (XML, HTML,JAVA Script, etc.)
- ServiceNow upgrade hands-on
- Very good knowledge of the ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM process
